Does it have to be fast, accurate, reliable and with complete parts inspection?

For production in automotive industry as well as in other sectors, it is often necessary to check the quality, sort and precisely pack a large number of parts. The customer usually wants this process to be done automatically.

Our fully automatic device for measuring and packing parts at a rate of 1pc/s ensures a number of operations without operator intervention:

• automatic dosing of parts from vibrating bunkers onto the conveyor
• optical measurement of the part (dimensions, flatness and parallelism of surfaces, surface quality, material hardness and other parameters can be measured)
• laser marking of parts with a 2D code followed by optical inspection
• robotic insertion into precise blister positions and insertion of whole blisters into boxes
• camera control

We also deal with separate applications in the area of EOL control stations with detection of the presence of parts, and we also have experience with advanced functions of camera systems, including applications using machine learning.
